The healing power of a group is exponential to that which we receive in individual therapy. We benefit from witnessing and being witnessed by others. Developing a sense of community is one of the most integral components to growth and wellbeing. This six-week group will utilize Internal Family Systems to “sculpt” our parts in a group setting, bringing our inner journey to life in a compassionate and sometimes playful setting.

This group will meet Mondays from 3-5pm, beginning October 13 and ending November 17.
